Mission Statement

To respond with compassion and respect to request from chronically ill and elderly senior citizens who need help with ordinary chores in order to maintain their self-esteem and independence.

Funding: Sherwood FiA seeks operational funding support through charitable donations, grants, and gifts in kind from:

- Individuals
- Foundations and Trusts
- Community groups and businesses
- Bequests
- Congregation and Faith Community budgets

For purposes of claiming an IRS tax-deductible charitable gift to Sherwood FiA, checks should be made out to Providence Newberg Health Foundation and sent to the FiA office at PO Box 1623, Sherwood, OR 97140.
